Kellari is a high standard socialising restaurant and a fully licensed pub. Kellari, meaning cellar in Finnish, is located in the basement of City Hotel, right in the heart of town.
 
The pleasant atmosphere is enjoyed by students in their twenties and fifty year old civil servants alike. What brings the clientele together is good music, a relaxed atmosphere and sports.

Lovers of music are pampered a couple of times a month with live performances of bigger and smaller stars. The main theme of the music is rock, but also a wide range of other styles from souls to heavy metal.

Providing its own bit of spice to Kellari is the Restaurant Monte Rosa menu operating upstairs, that serves food for during sports events shown in the pub.
